Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Catholic Education & Spiritual Formation
Support the mission of Catholic education and student formation
Promote a culture where students encounter Christ through community and participation
Student Engagement & House System
Lead and oversee the House System
Teach the Leadership Class while implementing and developing the curriculum
Develop and manage the Student Leadership Team
Coordinate and execute major House events, including:
Spirit Week and Spirit Week Dance
Spring Scramble
The Blender
Camp Falcon
Falcon Flight School
Supervise faculty/staff involved in House programming
Student Activities & Events
Plan and execute student life events aligned with school culture goals
Coordinate student engagement initiatives across grade levels
Support and streamline club structure
Collaborate with the Dean of Students on dances and major student events
Communicate clearly and effectively about all events to the faculty, staff, and community through the newsletter, posters, announcements, and other media
Service Program Execution
Assume leadership of the service program in 27-28 school year after the initial implementation phase
Coordinate logistics, participation, and tracking of student service
Leadership Development
Assist with student leadership formation initiatives
Support retreats and Formation Days execution
Develop leadership opportunities within House System and student activities
Faculty Collaboration
Lead and coordinate Faculty Advisory Committee (as defined)
Work with faculty sponsors and staff to support student programming
Administrative
Assist with school calendar planning and coordination
Collaborate with Director, Dean of Students, and Liturgy Coordinator
Support communication and coordination across student programs
Professional Growth
Participate in professional development and school improvement efforts
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience: 3–5 years in student life, youth ministry, or related field, teaching experience is desirable
Strong event execution and organizational skills
Practicing Catholic preferred
Ability to manage multiple programs and logistics simultaneously
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Catholic Education & Spiritual Formation
Support the spiritual mission of the school through reverent and well-executed liturgies
Assist in fostering a culture of prayer and sacramental life
Liturgy and Devotional Coordination
Plan, coordinate, and execute all school-wide and daily Masses
Recruit, train, and schedule students for liturgical roles, including lectors, cantors, altar servers, and sacristans
Prepare all liturgical elements, including intercessions, planning materials, linens, and setup/cleanup logistics
Plan and execute special liturgies and devotional events, including all program development, materials/supplies, and logistics, for:
May Crowning
Rosary Procession
Confirmandi Recognition
Junior Class Pin Mass
Baccalaureate Mass
Confession Coordination
Coordinate school-wide confessions, including logistics and volunteers
Clergy Coordination and Stipends
Schedule clergy for all Masses, liturgical events, and confessions
Maintain relationships and communication with clergy
Manage stipends, Mass intentions, and all related recordkeeping
Music Support
Provide administrative support for Schola and liturgical music programs
Student Life Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to Student Life team
Assist with scheduling, calendars, and event coordination
Support retreats, Formation Days, the service program, and major student programs
Coordinate volunteers
Administrative
Maintain organized records and documentation for liturgy and student life
Assist with communication and coordination across departments
Support general office and program logistics
Professional Growth
Participate in school formation and professional development opportunities
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Theology or related field a plus)
Experience: Experience in liturgy coordination or campus ministry preferred
Practicing Catholic with knowledge of Catholic liturgy
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Ability to manage logistics with attention to detail
Frassati Catholic High School seeks a Spanish teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Courses will include all levels of Spanish including AP Spanish Language and Culture.
• At least 2 years of classroom experience, preferred
• 12 credit hours in education courses or a valid, appropriate state certificate
• 12 credit hours in each additional content area taught or successful completion of appropriate state certification exam
• Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in the areas of word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and Internet use for educational purposes and multimedia presentations.

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of classroom experience, preferred
• 12 credit hours in education courses or a valid, appropriate state certificate
• 24 credit hours in the primary content taught or at least one content area taught or successful completion of appropriate state certification exam
• 12 credit hours in each additional content area taught or either a valid, appropriate state certificate or successful completion of appropriate state certification exam
• Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in the areas of word processing, spreadsheets, databases and Internet use for educational purposes and multimedia presentations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Knowledgeable and supportive in word and action of the school's mission, vision and educational philosophy
