It is the policy of the Board of Trustees that all financial obligations to the school must be kept current for the student to continue at Frassati Catholic High School, re-enroll for future years, or for documents to be released (grades, transcripts, and online access to grades). Families who fail to make regular payments can have enrollment revoked at the discretion of the business office.
Families who withdraw a student are responsible for payment of the full tuition for the semester in which the withdrawal occurs. If a student withdraws after November 1 but before the start of the second semester, the family will be assessed an additional $5,000 withdrawal penalty to help cover second-semester costs that have already been allocated to that student.
Any outstanding tuition for the current semester, along with the withdrawal penalty (if applicable), must be paid at the time of withdrawal. Families who fail to satisfy these financial obligations will have the student’s records and transcripts withheld until payment is received.
The withdrawal policy may be reviewed or waived at the discretion of the school under the following circumstances:
• A student’s extended illness
• A military or employment transfer requiring the family to relocate outside the Houston area
• Withdrawals initiated or requested by Frassati Catholic High School
Except in the circumstances listed above, tuition refunds will not be granted for students who withdraw.
We will continue offerings a tuition discount of 2% (not applicable to those receiving financial aid) to those who pay the entire tuition and general fees balance by check or cash before June 15, 2026 to the Accounting Office.
