Service providers used by the School to facilitate School operations may process information on the School's behalf as necessary to provide their services and are expected to maintain the confidentiality and security of that information.
SMS/MMS Communications and Consent
By providing a mobile telephone number to the School and consenting to receive text messages where consent is required, parents, guardians, students, and other recipients may receive SMS/MMS communications from authorized School personnel for School-related purposes when appropriate and permitted under School communication policies.
Consent to receive SMS/MMS communications is used solely to facilitate School-related communications.
SMS Opt-In Data – No Sharing
Frassati Catholic High School will not share SMS opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties.For purposes of this Privacy Statement, SMS opt-in data includes information collected in connection with an individual's decision to receive SMS/MMS communications from the School, including mobile telephone numbers collected as part of the SMS opt-in process, SMS consent status, the date or method of consent, and records associated with that consent.
SMS opt-in data and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, disclosed, distributed, or otherwise provided to third parties for marketing, advertising, promotional, commercial, or other purposes.
SMS opt-in data and SMS consent will remain confidential and will be used only for purposes associated with providing and managing the School's SMS/MMS communications.
Message frequency will vary depending on the circumstances and the recipient's interactions with the School. Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient's mobile service plan.
Recipients may opt out of applicable SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance where supported or contact the School directly for assistance.
Opting out of SMS communications does not prevent the School from communicating through other appropriate channels, including telephone, email, School information systems, or emergency communication systems.
Information Security
The School takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
Access to personal information is limited to authorized School personnel and service providers who require access for legitimate School-related purposes.
